Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The raffle is organised and promoted by JAKROO Handsling Racing / Promethean Sports Management Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

3. Entry Routes
There are two ways to enter the raffle:

(A) Paid Entry

  • Tickets can be purchased via the payment links displayed on the website raffle page.

  • Each purchase corresponds to the number of entries stated (e.g. 1x, 7x, 15x).

  • Payment must be completed in full for entry to be valid.

(B) Free Entry

Participants may also enter for free by completing one or more of the following actions:

  • Subscribing to the email list via the website

  • Subscribing to the Promoter’s Instagram account

  • Commenting on the designated Instagram post and tagging two (2) individuals who are not already following the account

Each valid action counts as one (1) entry unless otherwise stated.

Participants who are were subscribed to the email list before the 27th March 2026 will receive an extra ticket following a succesful paid entry to the raffle.

4. No Purchase Necessary
A free entry route is available and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. Paid entries increase the number of entries but do not guarantee success.

5. Entry Period

  • The raffle is open until 11:59pm (BST) on 9 May 2026.

  • Entries received after this time will not be counted.

6. Prize(s)

  • The prize(s) are as described on the website’s raffle page.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

  • The draw will take place shortly after the closing date.

  • The process will be conducted fairly and transparently.

  • Winners will be contacted simultaneously, with first responders getting first choice of prizes.

8. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address or Instagram account used to enter.

  • If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

9. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may announce their name and/or social handle for promotional purposes.

  • No additional compensation will be provided.

10. Data Protection & Marketing

  • By entering the raffle, participants agree that their personal data may be used by the Promoter for the administration of the raffle and for marketing communications where consent is given.

  • Where participants subscribe via the website, they expressly agree that their contact details may be shared with selected partners of the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

11. Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure or any other reason.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of a prize.

12. Platform Disclaimer

  • This raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.

13. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Entry into the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
